As a Producer on Sonar, you are in for a treat this time with a webinar and lots of new platform features. Scroll down and take a look – we guarantee that you’ll find at least some of it useful.
In September we hosted a webinar about creating and sharing user insights with AI. See the takeaways from our AI and user research webinar here and learn how technology is changing the way we do UX research.
Define your audience, hit the button and see your interviews get uploaded by participants as Sonar screens through one of the biggest panels in the world consisting of more than 144 million engaged respondents across more than 130 countries.
Can you believe it? Participating in unmoderated research without having to install or add anything is now possible with Sonar. With this feature we now support all the most used desktop browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera and Edge.
With recent account management updates, you’re now able to invite users to specific projects and restrict their access. The new access controls will help you manage who can view and edit your research projects and studies.
Get inspired and build your study design based on one of our 20+ templates ranging all the way from ideation studies, through concept development, prototyping through to monitoring live products. Templates are available on all English and Danish studies.
No more copying and pasting quotes and observations. You’re now able to export all quotes and observations to .csv and .json if you’re synthesizing your analysis and creating reports elsewhere.
We have listened to your feedback and further improved segmentation of transcripts in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German. Our AI team has tweaked the model to be even smarter, which means that words and sentences now are grouped into slightly bigger paragraphs than before.
