The platform is the property of GetWhy A/S and is protected by international copyright law and conventions. GetWhy grants to Customer the right to access and use the getwhy.io platform (“Platform”), so long as such use is for internal information purposes, and the Customer does not alter, copy, disseminate, redistribute or republish any information, data, text, messages, software, sound, music, video, photographs, graphics, images, and tags that GetWhy incorporates into the Platform (“GetWhy Content”) or feature of the Platform.
GetWhy may, as permitted by this Agreement, use Customer Data in an anonymised manner for machine learning to support certain product features and functionality within the Platform.
The timeline for delivery is an estimated amount of time. GetWhy will always proactively communicate any changes to the timeline and final delivery date.
Unless the Customer does its own recruiting of participants, It is not permitted for the Customer to have contact with the participants in studies. Customer must therefore not make contact with the participants or in any other way demand that the participants make contact with the customer.
All studies will be available on the Platform for up to 5 years after delivery, depending on the privacy policy with the participants.
As the Platform contains personally identifiable information (PII), it will require email verification and a personal password to access. Customer access may be removed if we find violations of this agreement.
