Summit Win Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The giveaway contest called Sonar Summit Win is open to all Summit participants. Anyone who has not participated in the Sonar Summit and employees of the sponsoring company (Sonar) is not eligible to participate. Participants are not required to pay to participate or win the competition.
How to Enter
To enter the giveaway contest, participants must complete the following steps:
- Fill out the form in full at https://sonarapp.com/summit-win/ before the giveaway’s closing date.
- Successfully receive a confirmation email from any of our Sales Representatives.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries that do not meet the above requirements will be disqualified.
Contest Closing, Winner Selection and Notification
The Sonar Summit Win Contest will close on September 29, at 11.59 p.m. CEST. The winners of the giveaway contest will be drawn at random from all eligible entries, using a random number generator. Winners will only be eligible for one prize at a time. All winners will be notified via email by October 2, 6.00 p.m., on the email address they entered to participate in the contest.
Prizes
The prizes for the giveaway contest are described in the promotion landing page and flier. The prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless specified otherwise, all prizes will have the monetary value of a one-year subscription to the Sonar Starter Plan deducted from the total. Summit participants who already own a subscription to Sonar will not need to make this deduction. The prize must be used within one year of notification.
General Conditions
The sponsoring company reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway contest at any time for any reason. The sponsoring company is not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected. By entering the giveaway contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsoring company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the giveaway contest.
Governing Law
The giveaway contest is governed by the laws of the state or country in which the sponsoring company is located.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected from participants in the giveaway contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and will not be shared with any third parties.
